Warranty Terms
• Fixed Appliances: Covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery.
• Removable Appliances: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Important Notes
1. Returns for Rework: If any rework is required, the original product must be returned.

Failure to return the original will result in an additional charge for the new work.

2. Shade Selection: It is crucial to select the most accurate shade from the outset.
• Darkening the shade: Can be done at no extra cost.
• Brightening the shade: Will incur an additional charge.

3. Warranty Conditions: If our team contacts you to request a new scan or correction and you choose to proceed without following the recommendation, the warranty will be void for that case.

4.Failure to settle the debt within 30 days from the date of delivery shall release the company from any warranty after delivery.
